Monmouth County All-Women’s Lifeguard Tournament

Female lifeguards from our crew are invited to represent our team at this year’s All-Women’s Tournament, hosted by Deal Ocean Rescue. This is an exciting and empowering competition, with amazing events, and a formal after party in Long Branch!

📋 Event Details:

• Location: Deal, NJ - Conover Pavilion

• Captains' Meeting: 5:50 PM (in front of the tower)

• Tournament Start: Immediately after team captains’ meeting

• Afterparty: Jack’s Goal Line Stand - 149 Brighton Ave, Long Branch, NJ 07740

• Beach Access: Official vehicles may enter from Phillips Ave

• Divisions: A & B (We are in A)

• Uniforms: Shirt sizes will be collected (limited pre-order quantities)

• Surf Dash Teams (3 participants)

• Paddle Board Relay (3 participants)

• Line Rescue (4 participants)

• Medley Relay (4 participants)

• 4x90 Run Relay (4 participants)

• You may only compete in events you're assigned to by the team captain.

• For Line Rescue, participants must be in contact as they cross the finish.

• Please review course layouts and event rules ahead of time.
