Have questions about the job like what a day on duty is really like?

Join us for a Virtual Information Session, held every Thursday evening from 7:00 to 7:30 PM, running May 1st to June 19th.

Hosted by our Chief and a rotating group of senior officers including Captains, Lieutenants, and Sergeants, these sessions are designed to help new applicants feel informed, welcomed, and prepared. Whether you’re considering applying or have already submitted an application, this is the perfect opportunity to:

• Learn about the lifeguarding roles at our beaches and pools

• Understand the required certifications and how to get them

• Hear what a typical day looks like from those who live it

• Get your questions answered live by experienced members of our leadership team

There’s no pressure and no need to prepare, just bring your questions and curiosity. Sessions are informal but informative, and a great way to get to know A.L.A. before you dive in.
