• Location: Rock Sports Club: 3092 Shafto Rd Building 3, Tinton Falls, NJ 07753

• Freestyle swim clinic hosted by a USA Swimming certified coach

• Goal: Improve freestyle stroke speed and efficiency

• RSVP required minimum 24hrs prior

• Free for A.L.A lifeguard applicants

• Suggested items:

  • Swim Suit

  • Swim Goggles

  • Towel

  • Water Bottle
