Orientation Details:

• Informational meeting with an A.L.A Officer:

  • Orientation will be hosted in a group setting to best utilize your time.

Tryout Details:

• 500 meter swim in under 10 minutes:

  • Suggested items: swim suit, swim goggles, towel, water bottle.

• 1 mile treadmill run in under 10 minutes:

  • Suggested items: running shoes, active wear, change of clothes.
